Spaghetti
I could eat it 24/7. I like it with meat sauce with mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, garlic and lots of mported romano cheese. Oh and I like thin spaghetti. Ok...now I am off to cook. |
Probly somnething lite cause tomorrow is T day...way to much food for two people,thank goodness for the freezer.

Salad: Romaine lettuce, green / yellow / red peppers, pickles, tomatoes, shredded marble cheese, croutons and ceasar dressing

provolone cheese wrapped around french breadsticks that have gureyere cheese in them

1/2 a pint of fresh blackberries, a little Special K red berries, non-fat milk, and misc bits of stuffing as I make 2 kinds (Artichoke-mushroom-parmesan-sourdough and cornbread with dried fruits and sage.)

Guess I had Myofusion-cookies and cream with vitargo. Having some roasted peanuts now with a vodka and grapefruit juice.

Going organic!
Today there is foie gras on country whole wheat toast, wild smoked Scottish salmon with blinis and crème fraîche, magret of duck, seared, very rare, with a cranberry habañero compote, roasted beets, sweet potatoes and turnips with fresh rosemary and Jerez vinegar, greens in vinaigrette, an array of organic cheeses, and honey hazelnut madeleines with plum and Cabernet sorbet. The wine is a Pinot Noir from France, champagne with dessert. Espresso to finish.

I ate a huge lunch yesterday! .. so last night I had acouple slices of hard salami and white cheddar cheese and
a piece of pumpkin pie with cool whip and some mocha peppermint cafe. |
I can't even think about food.

Duck breast, rare, and Japanese sweet potatoes, Jerusalem artichokes, "watermelon" Japanese radishes (looking more like young turnips but with bright red insides!), shallots and Brussels sprouts roasted in the duck fat...Words are evading me! Glass of Pinot Noir, pumpkin/cranberry ice-cream for dessert.
