Yesterday I boiled down a chicken for stock, so tonight we had chicken soup with root vegetables served with rosemary bread and cured meats. For Christmas, Maria gave me some chanterelle mushrooms, so for an appetizer I sautéed them with butter, olive oil and dry champagne. So good.

I had shark on the grill.(so good!!) New potato's with fresh garlic and onions. And fresh green beans. I think I have finally perfected my green bean receipe. And strawberrys for dessert. But I didn't eat them yet , wasn't hungry enough.

Tonight I think i'm gonna have Pho....Vietnemese Soup...beef broth with thin sliced beef, bean sprouts, jalepenos, fresh basil, brown sauce and sriracha..you seriously cant beat it! so good!!
