Tonight: chili made from grass Fed beef and sweet potato and all the normal fixings. I am excited.

I came to check to check on my dad and threw a roast in crockpot and made sghetti for him. Hes set for another week.

Tonight I feast on the delicacy that is my own bad attitude, lol.
Satisfying and delicious right now; but will just end up leaving a bitter aftertaste....

I think I will feel less cranky once I go out and get myself a sandwich or something, lol. And definitely some coffee!

Meh....

we had pizza also....even though.....

I actually COOKED...for the first time in a Brazilian years...

The store technically helped....by making the rotisserie chicken...but I made baked taters and sautéed zucchini, onions and summer squash....lunch tomorrow was the practical advice from a sage I know... ;)

Ate a can of Healthy Choice chicken noodle with saltines and milk to drink.

I had an Arby's Roast Beef coupon. After the 2 fur-faces ate their crunchy Science Diet dog food, I went to Arby's and got them 3 Arby's Classic Roast Beef sandwiches each. They were so appreciative. Both are sound asleep right now. :)
