I thought it be good idea to get my son to learn more about the kitchen and cooking so he picked out a recipe and we went out to shop for supplies yesterday and tonight he will make.......BBQ chicken pizza roll!!!!!

Something simple to start but sure looks and sounds delicious.

Frozen pizza dough thawing out in the fridge (will need to be rolled out)
Chicken will need cooking
onion chopped
BBQ sauce smothered on dough
and added shredded mozzarella & provolone cheese

Can't wait :)

FF cream cheese chicken chilli with homemade cornbread muffins followed by stuffed cheesecake carmel apple pumpkin cupcakes with pumpkin pie frosting drizzle

I'm being lazy and having steamed wild rice with broccoli and carrots and soy sauce.

I mad a chili pie with chips,onion then plenty of cheder cheese worked just fine on a cold wet day.

pan fried burgers. mine had sauteed mushrooms and onions with swiss cheese. cheetos on the side :)

I nibbled on some of the things I was baking ...
pinwheels made with ham cheese spinich sun dried tomatoes and puff pastry....then homemade strawberry cheesecake danish with puff pastry ...a cheeseburger from a local favorite shop...
now after finally sitting down I'm on my second wine cooler ..it's Green Apple....yum

Pear pie, still warm from the oven, ala mode. I believe that birthdays should be celebrated for at least 8 days.

made fried chicken, pasta, and mixed veggies

Baked chicken quarter,(leg and thigh) with roasted red and green peppers and flat Italian green beans.

We had chicken with ham and cheese inside & veggies / pasta in garlic sauce

it's only november, so 25c is hot as, plus humidity scores a bit.

apples, grapes and cheese IS a nice as dinna...

we had pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and toast.

I also had a mojito. :)

Even though I am going someplace for Thanksgiving, meaning not cooking, I always end up buying some T-giving type items to have around over the weekend, like those Hawaiian rolls, pumpkin pie and so on. I bought some cranberry sauce too. Love that stuff.

for dinner I ate a big slice of mom's angel food cake with Nutella and whipped cream.
