By the time I got off work late last night, I managed to eat...

a bowl of leftover dirty rice
and an iced cold Miller Lite :)

As for dinner tonight, no telling. It is Friday, which means DATE NIGHT! :wine:

Would like to say that I get to eat that delicious potato soup I made last night (mmmm ham bone juice).. but alas. the holidays are over and need to get my tookus back into low carb eating mode. hmph.

Turkey rice soup. We have eaten all of the leftover rolls and vegetables and almost all of the sweets. The oyster dressing didn't last through the next day. It was so good.

It was a Seahawks game dinner.....veggie tray,teriyaki wings,cheese, meat, taco like things....chips dip, and a Seahawks win yum!
