French toast and bacon with lots of butter and syrup...mmm. :)

I took 3 oz of cubed chicken breast, added it to mushrooms sauteed with basil, oregano, marjoram, sage, red pepper, fresh ground pepper, pinch of salt, and garlic. Then I stirred in about 1/4 cup of homemade Italian sauce (I make a batch, and then freeze it in 1 cup servings), and let the flavors mingle a little and heat up enough to thicken the sauce. I placed this on a plate, then sprinkled it with a little bit of Tillamook mozzarella and some shredded parm, and put it under the broiler until the cheese got just a little brown to it. It was frigging fabulous.

hmm. i had a super late lunch of tuna sammich with chips and i think i'm going to cave for waffles with butter and syrup now.

Mediterranean Avocado Salad with wholewheat Sketti, Garlic, herbs and Olive oil… or Brown rice, Chickpea and Sundried Tomato. I haven’t decided yet…I’m still eating lunch, lol!

Sesame chicken with broccoli, brown rice and some leftovers for todays lunch! hot and sour soup, chicken lettuce wraps, a mini cheesecake, a sam adams draft and ice water. tonight I'm not sure.. salad? |

One pan meal of 3 oz of cubed pork sauteed with onion and garlic. Seasoned with cumin, red chile powder, salt, and a dash of my favorite secret hot sauce. Then I stirred in a tablespoon of sour cream and simmered it until it thickened. Served over shredded lettuce, with a sprinkling of shredded Tillamook medium cheddar cheese and some cilantro.
I never know what I'm going to eat until I start throwing things together. It was yum. |
