pork tenderloin pan fried with sliced onions and fennel sautéed in beet juice with lemon and lime zest and lemon and lime juice with grated garlic. Simple yet really yummy

Tonight we had rib eye steaks with real mashed taters with mushroom gravy.For desert I had made indevidual hot fudge cakes topped wit roasted pecans plus a bit of real whip cream if anyone wanted some.

Sweet chilli chicken, egg fried rice and salad. Fresh fruit salad for later.

Since, I was working in the yard today...I'm thinking something simple like spaghetti, garlic bread, and maybe a salad on the side.

I'm making swordfish on the grill. With white corn and geen beans, and a salad.

prolly nothing....got to the casino late and theres lines...and the show starts at 7......good thing I got gummy bears when I got gas..... :)

Chicken in white sauce and cranberry sauce.

Roast lamb slices, garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. Sounds good huh? Except this is the fourth day I'm eating leftovers from that meal and it's all been microwaved to gray desiccated death.

Went out for dinner to a vegan gourmet restaurant, had:

drink: cranberry lemonade slushy (to die for, so sweet, bitter, and sour)

appetizer: avocado tartare (with jicama and jalepeno dressing)

main dish: Indian curry vegetable cake with sauteed greens, pureed celeriac, and caramelized onions

dessert: carrot cake

So yum!!!

Today I had half of a NY strip steak, small baked potato and large salad. Yummy. Hit the spot.

we ended up getting a seat at a bbq joint at Mohegan Sun.....got the wicked barbecuey fish n chips cuz the waitress said it was quick (it was). Got hush puppies with a maple butter to start...not bad...not the best I ever had either though....the fish was ok...they use cod I prefer haddock. The tartar sauce was exceptional...tasted like it had a hint of horseradish....and there was some sort of herb...couldnt place it. But altogether nummy...:)

I eat really late.. lol.
tonight is kangaroo steak with a couple of fried eggs and potato gnocchi. and steamed veges.

I made lentil stew with veggies when i got home from work....gonna have that and fresh pineapple for dessert :)

Last night I made a big pot of chili,so that's whats for dinner.

Corned Beef and ll the fixings. With lots of Ale and Bitter. d is cooking. i just get to eat.

I'm having wasabi lime marinated steak. With something. Haven't decided what but I have a feeling it'll be something else green.

I'm cooking some baby back ribs in the oven right now, gonna have a late lunch early supper. Will have squash, zucchini, carrots, green beans summer mix steamed veggies, and some corn on the cob. YUMMY it's whats for lupper....ie lunch/supper. :)

with home made yeast rolls.No desert cause we ate the cake yesterday,it was to good to wait for.

isnt that the best part of being a grown up?? we get to spoil our appetites if we want to..... :)

for myself.....Im going to have the same thing I had last night; some nummy Puerto Rican food I got yesterday. I only ever get take out...but gosh they load you up. I have enough to last 3 days! I got pork....2 kinds of rice...one with beans one with little sausages...and some yucca....its so so GOOD...

The sun is shining and the temp is in the low 60's,this is early grilling weather.So,i;m grilling some ham burgers, gonna roast some corn on the cob and maybe some veggies on the grill...oh heck why not?? Gonna make up some nanna pudding ,if there is any room left to eat it.
