Nice and easy.
It's monday, and I'm too drained to cook myself, so I think I'll just get some Clam chowder w/oyster crackers and a shrimp cocktail.

yesterday we went to dinner with friends. we were a little disappointed with Cody's Roadhouse. But I had a sirloin steak, baked potato, salad and a roll with honey butter. . and ice water to drink.
tonight I think I'm making spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic cheese bread. and tues perhaps hard shell tacos. |
I don't know but I'd better figure it out before I fill up on Spree and Runts.

1/2 a Pork shoulder, split buttered herbed tied n trussed. Maybe some veggies in alfredo to go with, or some saffron rice... decisions decisions.

We are haveing blue chanel cat fish,home made hushpuppies,fries for the kid and steamed veggies for me.

Filet mignon (Rooster ate half of mine), fresh local corn on the cob and steamed fresh green beans...and a nice glass of home-brewed ice tea sweetened with agave. :chef2:

We ate SOOOOOOO bad for Us this weekend and yesterday, but had a really great time!
So today we had a chicken burrito from chipolte for lunch, and salad tonight! Gotta get back on track! :seeingstars: |
For the fam i made spaghetti sauce with mushroom, spinach and zucchini... pasta was egg noodles with rye garlic toast, side of fresh cucumbers and avocado!

A light bologna sammich with mustard and kettle cooked chips on 12 grain SaraLee bread. More chips on the side along with a Claussen. Coke and Spree round out the meal.

Tonight I had a turkey burger patty on the grill, sliced tomato with a little bit of balsamic and feta cheese, and steamed broccoli and cauliflower....trying to be healthier for a change!

Well, since I haven't cooked for the past couple days, I'm feelin' the itch...:linecook: so, I'm doing a brocolli and swiss cheese quiche, a cesaer salad w/ homemade ceasar dressing and a light sparkling Badoit w/a twist of citrus to drink.

WELL IT WASN'T TACOS LAST NIGHT, I WASN'T IN THE MOOD. LOL SO I COOKED UP A BURGER WITH CHEDDAR, ONIONS, TOMATO, MUSTARD, KETCHUP, MAYO ON A WHOLE WHEAT SANDWICH THIN AND MADE FRESH JALAPENO POPPERS WITH CREAM CHEESE WRAPPED IN BACON.
TONIGHT I'LL PROBABLY MADE A REUBEN TO TAKE TO WORK AND AN ORANGE SINCE I'M DISLIKING THEIR NEW PRICING AND THE FOOD IS JUST AS HORRIBLE! |
Being im spending a lot of time at the pool tables for the next fue days cause of play off's what ever we have for dinner will be cooked and eaten on the run.
