Yesterday I baked a ham with pine apple rings with cherries in the center,so we had ham with string beans cooked with smokey bacon and sweet onions,for the heck of it I made some cream corn fritters.

I had a plateful of this for dinner tonight and it was, in fact "da bomb!" Soooo delicious, Jesse! Thank you!

I always forget on a Monday (many other days too to be honest). Hopefully the guys at the meeting get me Twiglets and crisps (uk>us: chips) instead of a cake, which I don't eat...ever!...for my anniversary celebration at the meeting tonight.

How can you forget? I get how sometimes there may not be time, but forget? Doesn't your tummy remind you? My tummy is very persistent and demanding! :|

My tummy doesn't shout very loud when it's hungry.

I had....

spaghetti squash with homemade chicken meatballs in a nice marinara.....and a side salad...

all this was made by my mothers friend who does paleo.....very tasty....and best of all.... I didnt have to cook! :)

tonight: marinated a grass fed brisket in (coconut aminos, pepper, salt, balsamic, honey, garlic, onion powder for 12 hours) threw it into a crock pot for 12 hours. We'll be enjoying some of that with steamed broccoli and some white rice.

Boy it's gonna be great ! I love my soup. It's simple and easy to make and doesn't cost much. Soup it's what's for supper.

Twiglets...brought home from tonight's meeting where instead of a cake for my 2nd clean time anniversary I requested scotch eggs, mini pork pies and Twiglets. :cheesy:

I'm about to eat a chicken breast stuffed with asparagus and cheese ( bought at Costco but cooked by me lol) and mini potatoes ( boiled by me)... just tasted it...delicious. Costco really does have good meat and fish, particularly if you're a family of 12 or eat like one.

Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup with saltines, big milk, twix candy bars for dessert.
