Tonight was grocery store sushi bought a few days ago ( amazing how long that raw fish can last before it kills you). Was pretty tasty once I got over how hard and crusty the rice was.

anaisninja 04-23-2014 09:23 PM

Deviled eggs from the store. Too tired to cook.

starryeyes 04-23-2014 09:30 PM

Hmmmm probably nothing.

Venus007 04-24-2014 03:17 AM

Pulled lamb chops out of the freezer and into the fridge, now what to do with them when I get home from work tonight

Gemme 04-24-2014 07:42 AM

Last night it was the last of the Easter ham, collard greens, maple baked beans and black eyed peas.

Tonight it will likely be sweet apple chicken sausage with some Harvard beets and sweet corn.

Rockinonahigh 04-24-2014 12:08 PM

I am fixing a crock pot dish with rice, chicken and cream of chicken soup poured over it all,it's pretty good plus I don't have to stand over it all day.

EnderD_503 04-24-2014 06:09 PM

Haven't been having much structure to eating the last few days, so I guess the equivalent of supper was a big plate of pasta with tomato/mushroom sauce and parmesan.

RockOn 04-24-2014 07:13 PM

found 3 cans of my favorite soup (Healthy Choice Chicken Noodle) at the grocery store tonight ... put couple handfuls of grated cheese and lots of black pepper in it before I nuked it ... eating it now - so good ... milk to drink

Hello friend,

In Texas we eat melted cheese usually made with Velveeta Cheese. I mix it up between dip and nacho cheese. Sometimes I makes nachos with queso, meat, tomato, and lettuce. It is a quick meal for those of us that work long hours and don't have time to cook at night. I eat my dinner for lunch and then have snacks for dinner.

Like today I ate 3 picadillo tacos and avocado for lunch.

Yummy!

Trev 04-25-2014 06:49 PM

Stir fry tonight

The ONLY good thing about the Brutal One working on the road is I can eat whatever the heck I like. So tonight it's tofu patties marinated in teriyaki ginger sauce with vegetables steamed in a tamarind juice/sauce. With LOTS of water chestnuts. YAY
