I sauteed cooked gnocchi in olive oil with cut up soy italian sausages, garlic and spinach.

My intent as I started out was fried fish basket at local eatery, BUT severe storms, dangerous thunder & lightning changed my mind.
Sonny's BBQ plate with mac n cheez and baked beans won over. Drive thru and back home to "chow down".....now I am stuffed..... |
Grilled burgers and instead of stuffing them in buns, I made quesadillas burgers
Pepper Jack cheese Pico on them Chipotle sauce Stuffed some jalapeños with cream cheese and crab threw them on the grill Good Times!! |

Breakfast for dinner...
Scrambled eggs in the remains from thick cut bacon, wheat bread toast with grape jam! Fresh melon from neighbors garden. A big glass of OJ to top it off!

Homemade Cheese Tamales I bought today at my favorite food truck. These are filled with cheese and green chilies. I steam them and smother with more cheese and green salsa and serve with black bean frijoles and homemade Mexican rice.
