had some leftover fried chicken so cut it up and put in warm flour tortillas with pico de gallo and avocado and had a side of sliced red potato salad. . I think a bite of lemon meringue pie shortly for dessert.

Tonight is leftovers
Sunday night my wife made an AMAZING dinner for me mmmmmm.
Dang, she made me southern fried chicken ( she is a vegatarian ),
and killer collard greens with ham hawk , banging good homeade mac n cheese , cornbread , frozen pina coladas and double chocolate chocolate chip cookies for me for dessert.
Her momma taught her to cook real good :)
