Shredded Chicken Taco salad and the girl had Nachos...we ate late lunch/early dinner before she left to go back to that place...!

3 egg omelette with white onion, jalapenos and grape tomatoes.. some yellow squash cooked with olive oil, fresh garlic, celery, white onion and jalapenos.. two slices crispy bacon..and salsa verde.. with a Big glass of ice water...

Tonight I'm making slow cooker chicken stroganoff, an everything but the kitchen sink salad and for dessert I'm going to try a weight watchers apple streusel recipe that ONLY found.

I have been directed to make tuna noodle casserole. A mixed green salad with a nice lemon vinaigrette will go well with it.

A had a mango (which wasn't QUITE ripe enough...but a mango is still a mango! )
And some trail mix...but I'm more peckish than what is typical and I'm regretting not bringing the remaining half of my veggie grinder... :( |

My usual "butchelor" nuked frozen entree and a baked sweet potato. I DO see a snack somewhere this evening calling my name..lol...maybe I'll see what weatherboi and snowy are having, run down and join them...they ALWAYS have the yummiest meals...:hangloose:)

It was cheese stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in bacon and pasta with a spicy tomato, onion and pepper sauce. Fruit (blueberries and pear).

Its rather early to think about dinner...but I think Teddy is making fried chicken for himself and the girls...I am thinking of having a fake chicken patty...im craving bbq sauce wicked bad :| mayhaps a sweet potater to go along with it....
