Gluten free gnocchi primavera with shrimp and prosciutto. I improvised with olive oil and aged cherry balsamic vinegar because I didn't have basil for a proper sauce. It was perfect, and fast! I now have another five minute, one-pot recipe in my arsenal.

When i was pregnant i ate tortellini by the boat load...not ice cream...just tons of tortellini.

My doctor was so pissed, because that is when i became insulin dependant and he tried everything to keep my weight and blood sugar down. I wound up losing 35lbs, and having a 7lb baby. Weird!
