Oh boy. I was in Hoover mode tonight. I ate fresh salsa and white corn chips, gummy bears, Cheetos and maple glazed bacon jerky.

Mini peppers filled with bacon horseradish or veggie dip (I like to do both and then mix them up so it's a surprise when I eat each one) and braided multigrain twists with the dips also. Gummy bears for dessert.

Pizza- 1-2 Creamy Garlic Sauce, Pepperoni, Sausage, Tomatoes, Green Onion and the other half Double Pepperoni, Double Olives.
Greek salad- Lettuce, Feta Cheese, Pepperoncinis, Tomatoes, Onion, Cucumbers, Kalamata Olives, served with Greek vinaigrette Dressing. Genesis is having - A blue buffalo bacon burger with melted blue cheese, bacon and buffalo sauce + fries. |
I'm thinking I may get a rotisserie chicken, make rice pilaf and some veggies...maybe some rolls. Its just unusual for me to have dinner these days...

Last night, I made a most excellent turkey meatloaf. I diced up fresh mushrooms and bell peppers really fine then added the meat and a ton of spices (garlic powder, onion powder, onion chips, white pepper and cracked black pepper and Italian seasonings) with chipotle bbq sauce and it's delicious! I had it with Red Robin steak fries last night and I'm most likely having it again tonight unless something else piques my interest more.
