It was thick, creamy celery soup (homemade) with crusty wholegrain bread (not homemade). Peach and honey yogurt.

Country ribs and baked sweet potatoe.

I posted this on my FB, but thought I'd share with those here not on my FB

My boss gave me some fire roasted chiles she cooked and froze in quart zip locks. She was in Hatch, New Mexico with her husband and brought home a bushel of them. Before I left work, I already had planned what to use half the bag for. I stopped at the grocery store picked up a few items I didn't have and began preparing a meal. I took a big can of diced tomatoes, sliced a pound of carrots, diced a large onion, chopped up the roasted chiles and tossed it all in my crock pot. I opened a can of black beans, rinsed them and added to the pot. I cut up 1 1/4 pounds of sirloin steak and added it along with a can of chicken broth. Finally I diced up 3 potatoes, added cumin and 3 smashed and diced garlic cloves. Mixed it all up, put the lid on, turned it on high and will probably not get to eat it until tomorrow...here's hoping it comes out with a little bite to it or a big bite from the chiles. I'll probably have to freeze some in individual servings since the crock is filled to the max.

Ichicken keiv, Mac and cheese and baked beans

Grilled Italian sausages subs with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and provolone cheese served with salad and mac n cheese.

Caesar salad, pizza with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and meatballs. So good.

I had a grilled hamburger patty and a pile of steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.

What'd you have for dinner?

Grilled chicken breast, yellow squash cooked on the grill in some good butter with garlic and onions, some steamed brocoli, a wheat roll with garlic butter and a glass of unsweet tea... =)

i had chezburgers and some lays wavys with some red chile pequin to dip them in.

Well, since my sweetheart has been spoiling me so much, I am returning the favor tonight...so I will either make his favorite at home..Asian chicken salads, OR I will take him for dinner at Smokey Bones :)

Junk food tonight lol.

made a spaghetti sauce with fresh tomatoes, mushroom, squash and italian sausage.

Syr requested corn bread on the side.

So we had spaghetti and corn bread with chocolate pudding for dessert.

Moroccan stew with garbanzos, winter squash, raisins, ginger, garlic, turmeric, and other yummy things over brown rice.

Old Spaghetti Factory Crab and Pesto ravioli. Yum! :-)

I don't know yet. I'm trying to be good.
