LOL, that's what my partner calls local organic, free range chicken. i live right next to a natural foods store but i don't usually shop there because i can't afford it, but i had to go buy meat at the last minute so i ended up with "hippie chicken" and "hippie cow" (local grass fed organic beef) as c. likes to say, since i had to walk to the store. :) it does taste a lot better and i realized yesterday that their prices for chicken aren't too terrible so i might try to buy it more often.

i usually bake boneless skinless breasts but these were bone-in and skin on so i just seasoned them and baked them with some butter, garlic, greek seasoning, rosemary, etc. and they were AMAZING. i rarely buy bone-in chicken and i was just reminded how awesome it is :)

goodness gracious, i have never heard of such as this lol, ... hippie. that's cool though! i need to do the organic thing but i don't. sheltered i tell ya!, ... i am lol.

folks around here, i wonder if they know what boneless is? LOL jk. i know not many have heard of hippie chicken! yes, i must try this. thank you aishah. enjoy your supper!

I had half of a baby sized burrito from Bueno y sano...a local place that has good FRESH mexican food. I added chickpeas and red curry to it and HOT sauce...my idea of hot isnt the same as most...so the hot sauce failed to impress me! But still...a very taste burrito...Ole!
