baked swai fillets, butternut squash mash, and roasted zucchini, onions, and squash medley. Later fresh, local strawberries and raspberries drizzled with honey and ginger!

Well, it's teacher conference day and then little miss has a choir practice. They will most like grab something to eat while they are out. So, I'll take a look in the fridge and see what we have. It's a toss up between a homemade veggie burger and an egg sandwich...oh maybe a spinach and cheese omelet

I think it's a spinach omelette. A guest cook will be coming and I was asked if I had eggs, spinach and butter in the house. I think this is a safe bet.

I wasn't feeling anything so I had everything bad for me.

Reese's eggs, soda, indulgent trail mix, blueberry yogurt covered pretzels, Red Robin steak fries with ketchup, gummy bears and a Halo.

I had to have something good in there.

I made grilled Portobellos, onion, bell pepper and provolone on a toasted hoagie roll. Warm potato salad on the side. Strawberry fanta!

Actually, started with some ice cream, then decided that ribeye really needs to be eaten.

I'm listening to the sounds of shrimp fried rice and ribeye dinner coming from the kitchen.

The fried rice is the prize of a Superbowl bet! Yay me!
