Today dinner will be a tossed salad with creamy poppyseed dressing, lemon pepper baked haddock, and string beans.
I also want to go to the store to get another head of cauliflower for cauliflower crust pizza. |

I marinated a chicken breast in Italian dressing and baked it...
Made mashed potatoes with garlic and the skins still on... Broccoli..... blueberry fig newtons for dessert |

Pineapple fried rice and thai curry vegetables and tofu (We ordered in). Yum! And in fact that was the restaurant's name :)

5 pounds of crawfish, some potatos, 2 ears of corn, some deer sausage and shrimp! with about 3 cases of beer!

I had a tomato and mozzarella cheese sandwich. Dessert was edible cookie dough (so delicious). :)

Dinner. Hmmm... well this evening I am not so hungry.
I had a tossed salad for lunch with poppyseed dressing, a thin pork chop, a couple meatballs, and a dill pickle spear. Around 3 today I was hungry so I popped some popcorn. I also had some herbal wild orange blossom tea. Ok Ok. Three cups of it. Maybe that is why I am not hungry. Not sure. I suppose if I do get hungry again I will have a little more tossed salad. |

After a weekend of seafood, I needed something more substantial. Marinated eggplant, and veggies on the grill. And finally, the last bit of 20 year old cognac.

I always make a hot breakfast , very rarely if ever a cold breakfast unless it's a fruit or veggie smoothie! :-)

I'm seasoning chicken with tandoori spices and other than that...I'm not sure. Maybe some rice and definitely a veggie...

Not much. I'm puckish. I had a little pineapple coconut frozen Greek yogurt and some mashed potatoes and some watered down G2 and some almost flat soda and a couple pieces of chicken sausage but that didn't last long.

Class is over, I am eyeing a slice of cheese cake. Awe, the bowl of cereal won out.

While watching my diet and not having things I really like finds me looking for a way to almost have the same thing, tonight I will give shake and bake chicken a try to see if it's better than my fave fried chicken. No mashed potatoes(darn) but veggies instead. I have a couple of whole artichokes in the fridge so I'm going to cook one brushed with evoo and sprinkled with mince garlic wrap it in foil then cook it on the grill...some squash can go along with that. That's the plan, I hope it works out.

I had a whole can of light chicken noodle soup (150 cal) and a whole pint of pineapple coconut frogreekyo (600 cal).
Not exactly a balanced meal but ice cream feels soooooo good on a rough throat. |

Penne pasta w/ vodka sauce (this is very popular in New Jersey, I've learned). I'm drinking water because I ran out of anything with flavor. :rolleyes: hah

and raw brussel sprout slaw made with shredded brussel sprouts, juice from a fresh lemon, olive oil and salt/pepper to taste. Very yummy food! |
yummy salad with trio blend mushrooms, green onions, carrot sticks, tomato, cucumber, sugar snap peas, and bacon bits...topped with grilled chicken strips. Coconut water with pineapple juice in it to drink. Pool for dessert!
