Butch Femme Planet - What are you having for dinner tonight?

I had leftover stew I made yesterday. It has a tomato juice base which thickened with some flour. In it was an assortment of veggies, and beef. Word that comes to mind....YUMMY

We had scrambled eggs, sausage links, and fresh fruit. My son (9) offered us anything to drink from diet dr pepper to water. When I asked my choices they were diet Dr pepper and water. They did a good job.

Teddy mentioned making his nummy stroganoff...so there goes my plan to make him a nice dinner..lol

I can readily admit he is the better cook of us two... :) Our kitchen is his realm. I am but the cleaning wench ;)

Tonight I cooked country style BBQ pork ribs using a mustard based sauce, field peas with snaps, and a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.

I think I will splurge a bit. I'm going to make a cheesy pasta with grilled chicken and fresh vegetables, and garlic bread. :)

Dixie said, cheesy pasta & chicken... now I have chicken spaghetti on the brain. Maybe not tonight, or tomorrow, but definitely sometime this weekend I will enjoy this!!!
