last night I made ricotta and romano stuffed shells with marinara and parmesan crusted chicken tenderloins.
tonight going to pick up my daughter and we are meeting up with her "guy friend" who is buying us dinner so trying to decide what we're having either chinese or golden corral buffet. |

We made crispy little open face pizzas on sandwich thins.
We had roast garlic stashed in the butter dish, I don't know why, and We spread it on the toasted bread. I scooped a tablespoon of jarred pizza sauce on each toast round, and I added sliced black olives. Pete sautéed sliced mushrooms, which were crispy and yummy, and I topped each pizza with shredded mozzarella and We had a very little bit of parmigian cheese left. The little pizzas were crispy and delicious, yum yum. |

i had a scrambled egg and a piece of toasted rye. Ate it right out of the pot. |
I made my pizza! Now I am wanting to snack on something sweet and salty.

No idea. We got dressed to go out and then plans changed. I'm sitting here in a dress and boots with a growling tummy.

Ordered hand tossed 6 cheese with marina sauce and double pepperoni pizza for the daughter, her guy friend, and me. Sent leftovers home for her daughters. :-)
