left over shrimp I grilled last night.
horrible left over Spanish rice I made last night too.
horrible because I burnt it yet the damn rice is still crunchy.
even my girls dogs won't eat the rice, nope took a wiff and walked away.
I hate to cook because I'm the one that's got to eat it!

Work ordered about 100 pizza's for everyone. So I had free pizza for dinner!!! Sweet!!!

cinnamongrrl 04-24-2013 07:37 PM

I made....

Chicken breasts, seasoned with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil, and garlic powder

Brown and wild rice, into which I threw an onion soup mix packet at the last minute...it came out sooo GOOD!

Roasted parsnips drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with every day spice from Trader Joe's

Brownies for dessert :) :chocolate:

<<< gettin' my Betty Crocker groove on.... :hangloose:

we're both sick again... stupid cold... so probably some burros from the freezer, nuked and slathered in salsa and cheese.

Lazy Daze 04-27-2013 09:17 PM

We did errands today, so we grabbed Chipolte... He had a burrito, I had tacos. Was super yummy, and we followed it with chocolate :eatinghersheybar:

Tomorrow my Boo is grilling, so we are having marinated chicken breast, green beans, and corn on the cob. Followed by strawberries :)

Happyfemme 04-27-2013 09:37 PM

Chicken sausage and vegetables.

willow 04-28-2013 03:10 AM

Roast beef, parsnips, glazed carrots, curly kale, sweetcorn and some form of potato, mash or steamed, not decided yet.

I bought a big enough piece of beef for dinner and slice cold cuts for sandwiches through the week. My aim is to not eat a slice every time I go to the kitchen so there is at least enough left for a decent sandwich tomorrow :D

PESTO +

Hot spagetti squash, veggie samich, sour cream (kicker dip), plain yoghurt (also dip), in scrambled eggs, hot plain broth, add cayenne if you have cold, leftover chicken (make salad), tomato mozzarella cheese salad, chicken or veggie soup, dressing for green salad.... love pesto... :rrose: so many uses, so good for ya.

MysticOceansFL 04-28-2013 08:14 AM
