Im gonna rock my diet..we r haveing hot dogs loaded,chips and tea.Ive been gone most of the day so a quick meal is in order.

I had two soy boys on whole wheat buns with brown mustard and sauerkraut and an entire bag of frozen cauliflower with butter, lemon juice and cracked black pepper.:cheerleader:

Dinner tonight will probably be fillet of beef, a red wine reduction and pommes duchess...for dessert I think perhaps ice cream or panna cotta.

A bowl of Frosted Flakes Some hummus with red pepper and pita chips Chocolate chocolate chip ice cream A piece of hot bologna right out of the jar (don't ask). It is a regional thing...and not my region. Some left over zucchini and squash with onions mixed in that I think had olive oil in it (um, yeah, I wouldn't have been the one who originally made that) :eating: Very happy. Oh, and two beers. |

Jambalaya with shrimp & turkey smoked sausage with a very liberal toss in of "Slap ya Momma" Cajun seasoning, hot delicious and yum!! To cut the heat a little I made braided Italian bread with garlic For desert peach compote with vanilla ice cream |

Was gonna fire up the grill and there were storms all around me. They seem to have dissipated. Still might fire up the grill for some shrimp and Portabella mushrooms.

Supper plans were challenging today: It was nearly done about an hour ago, so I could put it in the oven on warm to hold for later --- then the glass pan busted into a million cajillion pieces and I had start all over.
Same version, almost done. chicken + veggie medley (thinly sliced broccoli crowns & parsnips & baby red potatos + mild seasoning (curry powder and a speck of ginger root- grated) with a mild toasted sesame-peanut sauce. It's almost the same thing I made last night except last night I used steamed Jazmine rice. *silly eyeball roll at self + a slow, sweet smile* |
