After a wonderful breakfast that brought me back to life and kept me full for must of the day, I just had this for lunch/dinner.

And we threw in a nice cold pasta salad

Homemade ice cream for dessert and the kids loved it

Chicken breast tenders seasoned then sauteed with red, yellow, and green peppers and whole baby portabellas. Juicy, sliced tomatoes on the side. Is there an "I'm stuffed" smilie?

Garlic and herb sauteed boneless skinless chicken thighs and breast, roasted sweet potatoes, corn on the cob and a salad. Ice Tea and watermelon for dessert.

Got some salad at the grocery store salad bar.
Added some balsamic vinaigrette.
Yummy!

And then had two plums.
They were also yummy!
