Tonight I made meat loaf baked potatoes big everything included salad and cupcakes.

Roast turkey sandwich, with cranberry sauce and romaine lettuce, on toasted sourdough bread. Salted Caramel Ice cream for dessert. Iced water to drink.

I took out split chicken breasts so I threw them in a roasting pan with some tri colored baby carrots and red skin potatoes. Added red and yellow fresh peppers for flavor and color. Spiced it up with rosemary, 21 season salute and garlic powder.

I had some fried chicken, coleslaw and bread and butter.

I had dental surgery to remove a super huge molar that wasn't working well with my jaw and my ability to eat food, so I'm much better today and plan to make a Chicken pasta dish for supper, tonight: seared chicken breast and penna pasta with mushrooms, sweet onion and sweet red bell pepper in a creamy garlic roux type sauce. Toasted sour dough bread, on the side. Water over crushed ice, to drink.

No dessert. ...but maybe I'll bake some ginger snap cookies, thus afternoon. :stillheart:
