I haven't figured out just how i'm cooking the chicken brest I have thawing,but it will be cooks in the slow cooker.I have been haveing bad problems with my back among other parts that are on my docs list of things to work on this week,so what ever I fix will be easy to cook and easy to clean up after.

Tonight I am going to have the left overs from last night, but I plan to add some beef broth and make it sort of stew like, with whole wheat bisquits.

more left over meatloaf ... will be glad when that's gone lolol'

i made a meatloaf. green beans. garlic toast. sweet tea. 2 cheap ass cookies. i like cheap ass cookies.

I have had a taste for catfish for weeks now.

I made breaded fried catfish, cole slaw, roasted red potatoes, a couple onion rings and garlic toast. Pink wine is my beverage this evening.

I make the best cajun catfish !
