Being it getting real cold outside I made a pot of beef veggie soup wit fresh home made corn bread.I even have some left over for lunch tomorrow,yeah me.

steamed zucchini

Soup !!! Long day of work and it's soup weather.

I met my friend J at a neighborhood Cuban restaurant. He's been in Spain and we had a lot to catch up on. I had shrimp quesadillas and a Corona Light. He had black beans, rice and chicken and a Corona, not light. There was a lot of cilantro in my food, I loved it.

we have pinto beans, with onion and bacon in the crock pot. The girls like to have just that with buttered tortillas. Young blood doesn't like beans done this way...so, I still need to figure out what to feed him and I think I need something to go with the beans *shrugs*

Going to attempt my first time making salisbury steak-- with a mushroom gravy. But you can't have SS without mashed tators so we'll have a small portion of that with some steamed zucchini.

Hi,

I made soup for dinner. The recipe is similar to Italian Wedding Soup but I used cabbage instead of spinach and chicken meatballs instead of pork meatballs.

It is yummy.
