Since I have to work my breakfast is my dinner and I am having leftover potato soup with leftover roast.....always taste better the next day

Ham and cheese calzone. It was huge.

southwestern chicken, mac and cheese and veggies (red and green bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, and cauliflower sauteed in butter and garlic)

double chocolate fudge brownies for dessert

It was decadent dinner night out with bourbon lobster bisque, Appleton salad, and roasted duck. Excellent meal.

Beef tenderloin , white corn, and peas. Fat free blueberry muffins for dessert. I may or may not have eaten TWO blueberry muffins. :)

I'm thinking scrambled eggs and string beans. :)

I am having homemade spicy chicken vegetable soup.

At the moment I have a pot of beef veggie soup cooking.

Steak and potatoes. With some steamed broccoli. Yum!

I am having the leftover Greek salad from last night. Thankfully, I thought ahead and did not pre-mix the romaine in with the rest of the salad.

Made them breakfast for dinner:

sausage
pancakes
scrabbled eggs
toast

Since it has been pouring rain all day;

Italian and rosemary pork chops
rice
sweet peas
fresh pineapple
iced green tea with ginseng

dessert; peppermint stick ice cream from Brusters!
