It's terrible when the chef can't point a finger at someone else when dinner isn't ready.

Something Chinese. I'm going to China Town in a little while for the Chinese New Year festivities, parade and fireworks. I'll be restocking my spice cupboard while I'm there.

Last night I was feeling lazy and had chips and soda for dinner.

Tonight I'm going to a friend's house to watch the Super Bowl. The menu plan is burgers on the grill, baked beans, and deviled eggs. It's like a summer time picnic in February!

Butterbean 02-02-2014 01:27 PM

I dunno. I have thin bottom round steak that needs to be used up. Any suggestions?

I'll probably make egg salad tonight. I'm not sure how old those eggs are but I suspect the chicken is long dead.

That's cause you've never egg salad made with bits of grieven (gribenes). Here's a crash course in schmaltz and grieven that may change your life forever.
