Since Alix is stuck doing a 24 hour shift because of this ice/snow storm... I had left over lasagna and chicken parmesan from Olive Garden...

i cooked chicken breasts, broccoli and rice in our wok with a bunch of different spices and extra things. Turned out pretty good if i do say so myself.

I just finished making lemonaide from our meyer lemons...yumbolicious, summertime on a winters day. ;) |

Turkey kielbasa sauteed with onions and fresh mushrooms and seasoned with a yummy veggie seasoning adorning a bed of creamy four cheese vermicelli. Cran-apple juice and a Hawaiian roll on the side.

Tonight:
Chicken stir fry w garlic, ginger, coconut amino, snap peas, broccoli, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Yum! |
Chicken breast poached, chunked and tossed in with some cooked wild rice, steamed chopped veggies, (broccoli, carrots, spinach) a dollop of grass fed butter and a shake or two of Texas Pete. Mix it all up and call it dinner.

Japanese , we have a new restaurant here. No saki as of yet because they don't have their liquor license.

Last night we made homemade pizzas...
Pepperoni, mushroom & tomato Tonight, I'm making a recipe that D's aunt gave me (of course, it has no name :) ... a small roast in the crockpot covered with a jar of salsa shred apart then add a can of black beans & a can of corn You can either eat it as a stew or on warm tortillas like tacos. Yeah, we're going with the taco idea! |

Frittata with bacon, swiss, mushrooms, red pepper, yellow pepper, and onion. And, some more of that heavenly French baguette bread.
