Cypriot, sheeps milk cheese although I"m sure mine, as a supermarket one is cow juice not sheep juice.
It needs cooking. I like it roasted off in the oven with seasonings and herbs/chilli.

First time I have cooked since I got sick: chicken tagine- Moroccan chicken with spices, apricots and carrots.

It is crazy good.

Hungry Howie's pizza ... ordered large thin crust "The Works" and said I wanted it almost burned. They did me right - it is very dark and crunchy. I'm eating my second slice right now.

I had ice cream.....and it had coconut and almonds in it....so...its practically health food....cept for the hot fudge they accidentally put on it...and the whipped cream....

I made Sunday dinner for my sweets: Pot roast with carrots, potatoes and pearl onions & a mixed berry cobbler for dessert. We're both a bit too influenza'ed out to care too much about mealtime, so mainly it was a dinner of a bit of cobbler, with lots of vanilla bean ice cream.

My son will eat like a king but I will be having a small baked potato with a salad,heck I may just have cottage cheese and tomato.Dam diabetes to hell!

Today is going to be hot, so i picked up a couple of cooked chickens and some fresh veggies for a quick and yummy salad.

And maybe a cookie ;)
