I was at the Asian market today with my client and got inspired...
they had some very pretty baby bok choy...then I got some really good sesame oil.... when I got home I warmed the oil, grated some fresh ginger into it...added garlic...then diced 2 chicken breasts, added fresh broccoli, let that cook...added the bok choy and mushrooms along with some soy sauce.... I confess....it was GOOD! And my girls didnt even fuss about the bok choy...amazing.... |

Pulled the meat (actually it fell off) the left over ribs from last night.
Made pulled pork tacos. Chopped up a tomato and onion, added a green chili for a very mild pico de gallo. Chopped some lettuce. Mashed some black beans in bacon grease for refried beans. Was quite delish for a think fast moment. |

Last night I had a rib eye steak with string beans and new potatoes and an ear of boiled corn along with a small slice of fresh baked bread.

Today I did a cleaning job with my mother and we stopped at one of those road sized places.... I was gonna abstain but....her hot dog looked wicked good...so I got one...with raw onion and ketchup and mustard. I had some sliced cucumber when I got home to balance lol

Came in here to get a clue. All of you people always make me so hungry with your delicious sounding food!!!

I made 2 sham (fake ham) sandwiches with arugala, avocado, and mustard (omg, so good).
I made lentil tomato soup, kinda spicy, with vegetables (also delish). Blueberries with cinnamon for dessert. |
