Sauteed spinach over pasta sauce and chopped meatballs.
While I was sauteing the spinach, I mistakenly used ginger instead of garlic. I added garlic though. And actually, it was pretty good. The pasta sauce from Sprouts is really good for a sauce in a jar. This time, I got the chunky spicy version. Lemon water to drink. Not sure if I want lemon pudding or flan for later?? |

New York strip loin with green salad. Ice tea.

I made a chopped and diced soup with a creamy base. Lots of asparagus, onion, a carrot, a chunk of sweet potato and fresh herbs from the porch.
Last night, it was served over a scoop of jasmine rice. I was thinking tiny shrimp should be in it..lol So tonight I added imitation crab. Oh my, a delicious litte dish I put together! Water to drink. |
Tonight it was a spicy chicken patty with sour cream and chives mashed potatoes, a twist on a Caprese salad, red apple chips and 3 of the K.I.S.S. Bites from last night. Water to drink.

Dinner tonight was more a late lunch. I picked up some sliders at Frisch's.

I have a lot of prawns in the freezer so I'm thinking I'll stir fry some and put them, along with some bell pepper and pineapple, in sweet chili sauce to serve over Jasmine rice. Orange tea. I don't think I'll want dessert but if I do then I have some seedless red grapes I should use up here in the next day or two.

Easy Peasy Sheet Pan Style
Italian sausage, sliced mini peppers, onions, grape tomatoes, asparagus. Vegetables tossed in olive oil and herbs. Everything roasted in oven on sheet pan.

On this beautiful sunny day, bbq ribs with roasted potato. Ice tea.

Southwestern stew with chicken, red peppers, corn, black beans topped with jack cheese and sour cream

Pumpkin gnocchi. Chopped spinach. Steamed asparagus.
All layered and topped with that pasta sauce I love from Sprouts and parmesan cheese. And of course, the hot/spicy stuff..crushed red peppers and chopped jalapeno. Water to drink. |
