I will have homemade Texas Chili with cornbread for dinner and lunch tomorrow.

Wonder if anyone else is like this ...

When it is hot weather, I sometimes forget or intentionally skip dinner. I was at the doctor 2 weeks ago for a routine check-up. I lost 12 pounds since 6 months ago. That explained why my khakis and 501s had started trying to fall off. I did lose a pair of shorts weeks back when I was moving an exceptionally heavy a.c. window unit. I knew they were going down but I couldn't put down a 12, 000 BTU unit at that moment to pull them up.
:(

I was surely spoiled with these two nights...both nights were awesome!! and tonight to left over night :)

I had a late lunch of chicken and summer squash with a lil bit of kale...

but I'm still peckish so...

gorgeous garden fresh tomatoes with just a sprinkle of salt....

and a juicy peach

Keep your caviar; keep your foie gras and your wild truffles sniffed out by specially trained Basque pigs. Ultimately there really is no better meal than two perfectly fried eggs nestled next to a mountain of home fries and drizzled with some nice thick Heinz ketchup.

I made gumbo,bought a loaf of hot french bread from the store then had some ice cold ice tea to drink...that is all.

Kitty fish with fresh squeezed lemon juice. That's it. Oh. Kefir water with fresh lime. :rainbowAfro:
