Red has gone without real meat for as long as she can stand it. She is having a bacon sandwich with all the fixins and I am having facon. It is great that we can find a happy medium. :-)

had a big lunch at work today of Penil, rice & beans & plaintains, so a lite dinner tonight was a FABULOUS New Jersey tomato sandwich on toasted Oat Bran bread with mayo & lots of black pepper!!! MMMMMMM, mmmmmmmm!!!!
