I had veggitarian for the whole meal.Grilled eggplent,peas and carrots,brussel sprouts with a ue slices of tometo with evoo and a dash of pepper..to drink ocean spray light cranberry juice.

I made breaded pork chops, and baked potatoes.
The applesauce was moldy dammit...so we replaced that with delmonte fruit cups which worked out just fine... |

I made chicken with covered with dijon mustard then sprinkled with garlic pepper and cajun seasoning, Broccoli with butter and garlic, and a salad with diet ice tea for me and my gf. Yummy

i have to cook for a private party at work. grouper is on the menu. paprika and oregano blackened. topped with a mango salsa on a bed of rice and black beans. it sounds perfect for my dinner.

On tonight's dinner menu...
Garlic, peppercorn pork tenderloin (don't get excited, it is premarinated in the meat section) Baked, diced red potatos with EVVO and rosemary. Spinach salad with avocado, feta cheese & a raspberry vinagrette dressing. Toasted french bread. and a nice glass of Merlot to wash it down. |
If things go right, it will be sirloin burgers with roasted red peppers and pepperjack cheese on top and mac 'n cheese with jalopenos and a romaine salad. If it goes wrong, then it's looking like wraps or sandwiches.

Today I roasted a beef roast smothered in cracked pepper. so will have that along with cauliflower mashed with cream and fresh butter and a spinach salad with whole black olives and artichoke hearts.
