It is late so I am having a snack with a beautiful brown pear and crackers with yummy Wisconsin port wine cheddar cheese. Yummy! Chad |
Sweet potato with whipped butter and cinnamon, seasonal veggies with some corn mixed in, baked chips and fresh salsa. That wasn't quite enough so I nibbled on the last of the Cheetos, gummy bears and chilled Reese's cups.
I'm still hungry. :blink: |

Anybody make beef tips with beer marinade? Was just sitting here day dreaming as I sip my hot coffee, first cup.
It's football season. Shouldn't there be beer recipes out there? Gonna go look around Bing. Mayyyyyybe Budwieser has a few? Hummmm. I made a grown-up shit-on-a-shingle! Lol
Cook ground beef with grated onions, add pepper and garlic salt. Add flour to make a rue, and use original almond milk as your liquid. When ready, pour over homemade rosemary forcaccia bread hot out of the oven. Add a chopped veggie salad, and volia, dinner! |

Turkey dogs with chili, light sour cream and 4 blend Mexican cheese.

I hadn't had a decent meal in about a week with work and all sooo I kinda went nuts...
For late lunch early dinner I got a sampler from my local favorite place..marinated beef tips, marinated chicken tenders and grilled shrimp...served over pilaf...with mashed taters and squash...I ate the shrimp...some bites of the chicken..tasted funny...i ate half the squash...no taters...they put on gravy n I hate gravy...oh and I had texas toast. Jacques ate the rest. And I had a hotfudge/caramel sundae before dinner...mmmm |
