If I can find my olive oil im gonna saute up some fresh carrots and onions from the garden...add leftover brussel sprouts and either curry or cumin...Im debating testing the heat of the hot peppers out there too...hmmm

well yesterday I made a big pan of eggplant parmesan, so since I had leftovers I threw together a nice salad with tomatoes cucumbers scallions I seasoned it with garlic salt pepper and olive oil that I infused with Rosemary and voila .
Dinner was ready with a glass of Shiraz on the side... delicious!!

I had a beef roast, potatoes, fresh green beans, onions, and carrots all made in the crock pot.

Rather than the above mentioned...and in the interest of time...

I got one of those frozen dinner pouch things....shrimp scampi to be specific. Not bad at all...

I was thinking about the above though. I think either chickpeas or lentils would be mighty yummy with that...
