I had a piece of grilled chicken that was leftover from last night's dinner, with a side of hoppin john(black eyed peas, tomatoes, onions,jalapenos and Texas Pete hot sauce), and a green salad.

Turkey Chili for tonights dinner. Decided to throw in some homemade salsa to give it a kick, a huge can of beans, veggies and a slice of cornbread! Ice tea to drink. :)

Breaded haddock fish sandwich with corn nuggets and a cherry pepsi and it tasted amazing!

I actually cooked!

I sauted chicken breasts in olive oil, seasoned them with tandoori spices and a bit of cumin. I added the only veggies I had; brussel sprouts and garden onions. Twas nummy :)

A perfect day for cooking today

Rack of venison with port and red currant sauce
Penne with cabbage bacon and currant sauce
For dessert blood orange sorbet
A nice Pinot Noir to drink

mujaddara Arabic lentil rice. bib lettuce side dish. really don't hobnob with cumin, but I eat it anyway.
