I'm having dinner for breakfast because I won't get time later. So it's a mahoosive mac and cheese with added bacon that my Pops makes. Mac and cheese is the main event here, not a side dish.

Marzetti and a salad is what I made us for dinner last evening!! An old recipe my mom made us as kids!!!
Tonight's fare is: beef stew with potatoes, onions, and carrots in the slow cooker along with a rich, brown gravy. |
Purchased fresh mozarella cheese and lovely perfect red tomatoes... going to add homemade Italian dressing and veggies to create kick Arse salad dish. Mmmmm. Probably will also make chicken strip something or other. Humm.
Roomie wants dip for chips tonight. Made chicken rice soup last night. Was good. |

I made them a pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, cauliflower, onions and mushrooms in a little butter and garlic
I just wasn't hungry at the time they ate...so later on I made myself some egg whites (left over from a vanilla filling I had made with the yokes) and a slice of homemade beer bread |
