scrambled eggs with some goat cheese crumbles thrown in
bacon
cherry tomatoes
water

I have no desire for dessert so far. If a desire develops, I guess a gluten free brownie.

There is a flank steak with potatoes and onions in the crock pot for tomorrow. I couldn't get it in the pot in time for tonight. Hence the eggs and bacon. But no complaints. Love those goat cheese crumbles. And of course, bacon rarely disappoints.

Subway! 9 grain honey oat with bacon and all the veggies except onions and hot peppers. Vinegar and chipotle southwest sauce complemented it nicely.

Dinner was very yum I made Chicken and zucchini stir fried in a peanut sauce over Jasmine rice.. A bit on the spicy side but so good damn I am a pretty good cook :blush:

I just ordered about $50 worth of Chinese food (for just me), so it looks like I'll be having a buffet of chicken soo gai, yang chow fried rice, spicy salted squid, and curry shrimp!

(leftovers--and then some--for the Oscars!)

I am spending the day cleaning so I feel the need for pizza:

Crustless pizza made with baby mozzarella, Parmesan curls, red green and yellow peppers, red onion, Italian sausage, basil, thyme, oregano, coarsely chopped garlic, crushed red pepper, coarsely ground black pepper, and the last bit of prosciutto, ooh and I think I have some black olives left

To drink a nice Cab, Astica

Dessert, I am thinking oranges slice dipped in dark chocolate
