My wife is making fried rice-- but with real rice, not cauliflower. She puts bacon, shredded carrot, fresh broccoli, egg and coconut aminos. YUM.

I had a late afternoon appointment with my Chiropractor, so I stopped on the way home and bought an awesome Greek salad topped with a scoop of potato salad and a couple of dolmades. Yum!

Beef Jerky, potato chips, and french onion dip with a bottle of pure leaf tea. May as well have added :eatinghersheybar: LOL! Oh but the good news is I am making Filet Mignon tomorrow!! |
