Jumped in the truck today to head up to the grocery store because supplies are way below the minimum. The truck had other ideas though and would not start. I need a new battery, which I will buy tomorrow. In the meantime, it's pancakes or dog food. I fixed pancakes.

Toasted Ham and Cheese and a salad

Baked lemon pepper tilapia, steamed broccoli with a sprinkle of Mexican blend finely shredded cheese, steamed carrots with a smidge of honey spread Country Crock, and white rice. No butter for Organic. I had apple flavored drink mix and he had mineral water with fresh lime.

I had to have comfort food tonight.....this kind of weather does that to me.....
I made a recipe my Mom used to make....with a twist..... Rice with cheddar cheese soup..and jalapenos....and a salad (because I had to be good SOMEwhere!). It was yummielicious! |
Homemade gnocchi with a (not homemade) sauce and pan fried basa fillets. Yummy!

Baked chicken breast with spicy brown mustard, baked new potatoes and spring mix with vine-ripened tomatoes and feta....

Mushrooms, peppers, onions and garlic over rice and a couple of baked wings on the side. Both of us had juice (though different types).

Out to dinner with WT at Ninfa"s Tex Mex, tamales,beans, chips and green salsa and i beleive WT had cheese enchiladas rice and beans.I had Ice Tea and she had water with Lime twist. Oh and can't forget fried ice cream

I had a light bologna sandwich with tortilla strips and guac/salsa/yogurt ranch dip and Organic had chili dogs with cheese and onion.
