Had my 300th day of fasting a few days ago. I hope to hit my goal weight loss of 48 pounds on June 22, 2025. If I'm still as comfortable with this diet then as I am now, I have an additional goal to lose 18 more pounds.
This will bring me to the BMI range recommended for older women.
Not a bad idea, i guess.
