Never been able to bring myself to eat a froggy leg. Gribbit!
Have ya ever had suet dumplings atop stewed steak (or steak and kidney) in velvety meaty gravy? They have a brown crispy top with an unctuous, deceptively pillowy, gravy laden underbelly. Fabulous with either crispy roast potatoes or soft, buttery mash.
