Potato Soup a la Uniquestyle
Brown a cut up onion in approx 2 t of bacon grease
Cube of butter
Scoop of garlic
Pkg of cream cheese
Chicken stock
Add to about 6 cut up, cooked, skinned potatoes
1 sm can of green chilies
