Potato Soup a la Uniquestyle
Brown a cut up onion in approx 2 t of bacon grease Cube of butter Scoop of garlic Pkg of cream cheese Chicken stock Add to about 6 cut up, cooked, skinned potatoes 1 sm can of green chilies Oh my oh my...didn't wait till dinner. I just had some!

Tonight it will be homemade Spaghetti with half ground pork and half ground beef. Fresh tomatoes, garlic, onions, green peppers...simmered all day.
The simmering all day part makes it hard to wait until dinner time bot does it smell good.....

I am too tired to make anything to eat. I could not fall asleep last night. Finally around 3:00 a.m., I went into a lull for about an hour and a half.
Got home around 8:00 tonight, fed the two bully dogs, washed my face, brushed my teeth, put on pajamas ... won't be much longer and I will be sleeping ... probably wake up at 2:00 a.m. and eat the refrigerator. *laughing* |
