Light a candle

This morning I light these candles for my BFP family:

Hope – there is always hope; never give up

Joy - to remind us that no matter how bad things get there is always joy to be found somewhere; even in the darkest of times if you look you will find it

Gratitude – for everything we have

Peace and Harmony – for tranquility in our homes and hearts

Strength – to keep pushing forward and have the confidence to do so

Healing and Restoration - for bodies, minds and relationships
