 LOL thanks for that explaination!! I have not tried either of those products. I am interested how you like em so keep us updated! I used to attend a gym but only for weights...now I have my own. Cardio is something I need to do outside. I am trying to find a Bosu ball but the damn things are 100 bucks sooooo I am debating and looking for other balance training alternatives.
