Waffles and fruit sound yummilicious! Did I miss out on the red velvet cake, Zimmy?

Happy Independence Day to all of you. Hope you are celebrating in whatever form is best for you. Just remember to do it in moderation. LOL

As I mentioned several posts back, we have friends coming over for a bbq today. They are supplying all the foods and my honey is doing the bbqing. I will volunteer for the clean up which should be minimal since the foods were prepared at our guest's home. I know the food, the fun, and the laughter will be great.

Thinking I should take a nap before our guests arrive.....
